Evaluation Criteria:

1. Includes a self-evaluation of the assignment.
2. Initial response to the class reading made on-line by the deadline.
3. Initial response deemed to be reasonable and well thought out.
4. Follow-up response to the class responses made on-line by the deadline.
5. Follow-up response deemed to be reasonable and well thought out

NOTE: Forward a copy of this form in a separate email to the instructor.

Grading: 8-10 points Exceptionally well thought out responses. Meets all the above criteria.

5-7 points Very good insights. Fulfilled the assignment, but lacking in a few of the above areas.

3-4 points Good ideas, but need more attention. Deficient in several of the above areas.

0-2 points Less than satisfactory. Deficient in most of the above areas.
