Linguistics MA

Linguistics is the scientific study of language.  The Linguistics MA program at BYU prepares students to become language professionals, go on to a PhD program, or be competent practitioners of the skills expected of a linguist. Students participating in the Linguistics program will learn skills such as analyzing language in its sound, structure, and meaning.
