Michelle M.
Wright is
a 2003 MA graduate of the Brigham Young University Department
of Linguistics and English Language. Her emphasis was in
Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
She graduated previously from Brigham Young University
in 1999, with a double major in Early Childhood Education and
Elementary Education; she also completed a minor in music.
She taught Spanish to English-speaking
young adults for three years, and has also worked at the Brigham
Young University English Language Center (ELC). She presented
at the 2002 I-TESOL Conference in
Twin Falls, ID with a presentation entitled, “Ten Lessons Learned
Through Implementing a Family Reading Program with Hispanic
Adults.” She
is married, with a one-year-old daughter, and an amazing
husband. She is a native of New York State.
