Report on guest speakers and field trip experiences, and insight cards 3%
Designated Reader team presentation of a chapter from the textbook 7%
Assignments (e.g., "Copyright & You," evaluation of Linguistics 565R projects) 5%
Materials development journal article report (presented orally & in writing, submitted via e-mail) 5%
Four (selected by you and approved by the teacher) materials-development mini-projects 20%
Final examination 10%
Materials design and production project 50%

Extra credit may be earned for participating in and reporting on specific approved professional activities (e.g., Intermountain TESOL conference, TESL-L lists, etc.).
